Peter Albert

As a licensed realtor, Peter has been an integral part of the real estate industry on Fort Myers Beach for over 30 years. He has bought and sold numerous properties on the island. His expertise in the field became apparent when he launched Coastal Vacation Properties in 2016, which grew exponentially under his direction, from one vacation rental to over 290 properties in just six years.

Peter’s key connections with real estate agents, the government, and influencers on Fort Myers Beach have given him a distinct advantage over his competitors in the market. Due to his success with Coastal Vacation Properties, in 2022 he launched Coastal Vacation Development. His knowledge of the island is unparalleled, and he has a keen eye for positioning homes by size and location to maximize revenue and ROI.

Ryan Edmonds

While fairly young in terms of years since its launch, the history and inspiration behind Everglades Construction Group dates all the way back to 1979. Ryan comes from a long line of craftsmen and entrepreneurs who taught him the value of hard work and imbued him with the sense that it isn’t enough to merely perform a craft trade, but to strive to do it better than anyone else. As a young boy, he would accompany his uncle to jobs and developed a love for watching things being built
from the ground up.

Ryan officially got his start in construction at the age of 15 as summer labor on job sites. He quickly
worked his way up to carpenter’s helper – where he learned the importance of “measure twice, cut
once” and started honing his skill as a perfectionist.

After graduating from University of Florida, Ryan worked as a Project Manager for Pulte Homes,
and after more involvement and dedication honed his skills as a Certified General Contractor. Ryan
holds a BS in Business Management from University of Florida and has held a Certified General Contractors license in Florida since 2008. In all of the years since, his attention-to-detail and commitment to owner satisfaction have been integral to his success in construction. In 2015, the blueprint for Everglades Construction came to life.

Although Ryan represents more than 20 years experience of his own, he has assembled a team of
skilled and seasoned industry professionals who embrace Everglades’ culture of uncompromised
customer service, quality craftsmanship and community involvement. Regardless of the stature of the client or size of the project, Ryan hopes that every job ends with a happy owner who enjoyed
the process, is completely satisfied with the product delivered, believed their thoughts and ideas were incorporated in the end-result, and felt Everglades was always accessible, professional, and genuine.

Ryan is a Florida native and currently resides in South Florida with his wife Amanda, their six wonderful children. In Ryan’s free time, he enjoys coaching youth sports, hunting, and spending time with his family

We have experience in working with contractors and picking out construction materials and finishes, everything from tile to plumbing, we do it all.
